The Grancell Village Campus project was a ground up style OSHPOD skilled nursing facility with 239 beds. Four levels are above grade with one below (parking and mechanical) consisting of 180,000 square feet. Systems include: 900 KW generator, fire alarm, nurse call, paging, synchronized and emergency clocks. Electrical service consisting of DWP 12 KV primary duct banks, vaults, transformer slab box, 2500 ampere 480/277 service to the structure via duct bank transitioning to 2500 ampere bus duct. Specialty systems included fire pump, HVAC BMS, smoke fire damper monitoring, patient monitoring, extensive CCTV, access control and intrusion detection, wireless access, and dewatering system.
