1100 Wilshire is a thirty-seven story luxury mixed use building in Downtown Los Angeles. With two-hundred and twenty-eight upscale condominiums, twelve levels of parking, shops – as well as a business center, gym and three-story lobby. With a project scope this vast, Land Mark Electric was selected as the electrical subcontractor and tasked to supplement the existing wiring from the original structure. This entailed relocating wiring to fit the building’s new design as well as update it to current codes and standards. Land Mark Electric worked closely with the interior design team to ensure that their very specific vision was maintained and perfectly executed.
