Design Assist 22 story, 186 unit luxury condominium tower with a 577 car, 5 level parking structure. Total of 704,980 square feet includiong 326,017 square feet of residential including a pool and amenities deck on the 7th floor and 192,486 square feet in parking while incorporating 110,000 square feet of retail space. This project will be considered an impressive new landmark location located in an historic Korea Town intersection as well as an LME signature project.
