The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center is a 248,841-square foot retail entertainment community center with a distinctive outdoor-oriented design. It is one of the most recognizable retail assets in the Southern California marketplace. Land Mark Electric built the complete electric infrastructure for the entire facility including the 500,000 square foot parking structure and completed it within the accelerated schedule the project required.
